The floral arrangement was gorgeous. Unfortunately, it was delivered to my daughter in her residence hall, and she was never notified it had been dropped off at the front desk. So, she didn't get until 23 hours later, after I started to question her about it. I had received a notification that it was hand delivered, so I didn't think anything of it, until the next day. The florist had my daughter's number, and if they had called, she could have come down to pick it up from the front desk right away.

After multiple attempts to deliver the arrangement, she finally did receive it and said it was gorgeous! That was the end result I ws hoping for!
